  • Schedule of correspondence to be sent to councillors.

  • Already adopted by councillors’ clerk has this available. 

62/23 Christmas Event at Hoole Lane, Lights, Market etc

  • Date of this year’s event is 10th December 2023
  • Cllr Abram going to speak with event coordinator and liaise with clerk.

63/23 To receive reports and recommendations from Members representing the Council on working groups and outside bodies.

  • Cllr Abram going to liaise with roofers regarding the roof edge.
  • Cllr Abram and Cllr Douglas are going to tidy/clear the outside area. 
  1. Hesketh Avenue (Banks Park) 
  • Following from Rospa Inspection Cllr’s going to look at the skatepark and seek advice on the sharp edges. 
  • Cllr Abram is going to speak to Mr Williamson regarding advice and recommendations in the Rospa report.
  1.   Health Issues
  • They have recruited a new receptionist at the health centre and have implemented a new online form to be completed for appointments which seem to be working well.
  • You can still phone for an appointment if you have no access to the internet.

  • Nothing to report.

  • Covered complaints of speeding in the village particularly during school drop off /  pick up
