- Police not in attendance, increase in complaints of antisocial behaviour reported, Parish Council to write letter to police crime commissioner to invite him to a meeting to discuss increase in speeding through the village

43/25 Emails / What’s App Msg Sent to Councillors June / July 25
- Fence damage off Hesketh Ave playing field due to overgrown tree’s Cllr Abram going to have a look and get advice.
44/25 To receive reports and recommendations from Members representing the Council on working groups and outside bodies.
- 44 Hoole Lane
- A latch required to hold door open Cllr Lennon is going to organise
- Hesketh Avenue
- Cllr Abram has signage that is to be put up to prevent climbing onto container on Hesketh avenue playing fields.
- Cllr Howard to look at repairing the fence at the container damaged by using it to climb onto container
- Dog fouling increased on playing field Cllr Howard requesting signs from WLBC for dogs to be kept on leads and to pick up after your dog.
- Discussed email from resident that house backs on to playing field for the bench to be moved due to noise disturbance from older teens drinking and smoking drugs. Parish Council have advised for any antisocial behaviour or possible drug misuse to be reported to police on 101 or online.
- Health Issues
- Vaccinations ongoing for Shingles and pneumonia
- Health & Safety
- Playground Swing and rope ladder need looked at Parish Council have approved costs for repairs if required
- Village issues
- Peacocks have been on school grounds as such children cannot go into playground due to safety concerns
- Overgrown weeds and hedges some pavements are not passable clerk to send email to Lancashire County Cllr to raise concerns regarding this and to ask for schedule of when work should be carried out.
45/25 To Receive update from WLB Councillors & LC Councillor
- Consultations ongoing for moving Children’s A&E to Southport and to be open for 24hours
- Transport problems no longer free transport from Banks to Tarleton Academy
- Break ins in Banks have increased Cllr Howard and Cllr DeFreitas have emailed and asked for police presence and what they are doing about this increase in robberies
- Clerk to invite a member of Patrick Hurley (MP) team to PC meeting.
46/25 Planning
- Complaints received regrading work on long lane enforcement officer has been in contact and planning application is being submitted in June
- Cllr for Yorkshire has been in touch regarding caravan site
- Cllr Abram enquiring about a consultant regarding Fleetwood farm.
47/25 Freedom of Information list from councils
- To discuss next meeting.
48/25 The new playground at the Hub
- West Lancashire borough council to transfer monies from CIC to Parish council can take 10-12 weeks
49/25 The food cupboard
- The parish council would like to support this endeavour for the community and will discuss the best way to do this
50/25 Parish Plan
- Parish council have agreed we need to look at a new Parish Plan this is to stay on the agenda
