70/23 Police Report 

  • Suzie PCSO and Dave – Immediate Response Officer but soon to be the Community Beat Manager attended the meeting due to recent anti-social behaviour in the village.
  • They advised all instances of anti-social behaviour be reported either by calling 101 or can report online.

71/23 Clerk’s Report/Progress Report on decisions taken at last meeting and any urgent decisions

Agreed that payments of Accounts since the last meeting are ratified and invoices now presented on the payment schedule are approved and authorised by signatories accordingly for BACS payment,

73/23 Correspondence for Information

  • Cllr Abram going to speak to Banks community Facebook page admin to see if he can upload community Posts from the Parish council. 

74/23  Emails Sent to Councillors Sept/Oct

  • Discussed LALC meeting Cllr Howard and Cllr Abram going to attend.

75/23 Christmas Event at Hoole Lane, Lights, Market etc

  • Clerk going to organise for West Lancashire Council to put Xmas lights up in village.
  • Cllr Abram organising market stalls. 

76/23 To receive reports and recommendations from Members representing the Council on working groups and outside bodies.

78/23 Bus Shelters Update

  • It was agreed Cllr Howard to instruct a company to come and clean the Bus Shelters 

79/23 Future Spending Plans and Projects

  • Clerk to look into prices and designs for a Welcome sign for the village.
  • Review the skate park.
