- Suzie PCSO and Dave – Immediate Response Officer but soon to be the Community Beat Manager attended the meeting due to recent anti-social behaviour in the village.
- They advised all instances of anti-social behaviour be reported either by calling 101 or can report online.

- Cllr Abram going to speak to Banks community Facebook page admin to see if he can upload community Posts from the Parish council.

- Clerk going to organise for West Lancashire Council to put Xmas lights up in village.

- It was agreed Cllr Howard to instruct a company to come and clean the Bus Shelters

- Clerk to look into prices and designs for a Welcome sign for the village.
- Review the skate park.
