  • Schedule of correspondence received circulated to all councillors no requirements

80/22   Emails Sent to Councillors Oct/Nov

  • The Elizabeth II Memorial Bench by Futurform agreed would like to purchase but Cllr Abram to check with Church if they would be happy to have in grounds.

81/22     To Receive update from WLB Councillors

  • Nothing to report.

82/22     To receive reports and recommendations from Members representing the Council on working groups and outside bodies

  1. Corporate Planning
  2. Agreed to £ 100 donation to church o help with costs of tree lights.
  3. Hoole Lane Centre Centre
  4. Side Door replaced and roof made good at front
  5. Hesketh Avenue (Banks Park)
  6. Problem with Roundabout, still ongoing.
  7. As long as recommendations followed ICO, the CCTV can be viewed on a telephone and Clerk passing details of CCTV to Police as agreed.

84/22   Christmas Event Hoole Lane

  • Road Closure Applied for Sunday 4th December
  • Allow for 2 kiddies Rides to be free to use
  • Letter produced and delivered to residents.
  • Road to be closure to be handled by Ventbrook Ltd  as agreed at last meeting and Cllr Baxter to organise with WLBC and Bus Company.
  • Insurance covers Safety of Volunteers.
  • Event to culminate in lighting of  Village Christmas Tree

85/22   Bus Shelters Update

  • Details sent Councillors they will inspect shelters and decide what level of work required to each., still to be confirmed.

86/22   Flood Issues

  • There was a meeting 18th October of each of the Parishes and a representative of the farmers with H Fraser Consulting at Hesketh Bank Hall, to put forward the issues and the following day meetings around the whole area followed.

87/22   Spids Ralphs Wifes Lane/Banks Road

  • Still being investigated full procedure with LCC.
