145/19 Clerk’s Report
- Checked the computers in Community Centre several need batteries and all need up grading systems.
- North Meols Archers are able to remove container and replace with new
- SLCC membership renewed
- New Contract with BT for Community Centre with a saving of money for better service renewed
- Asset of Community Value was to be discusse at next meeting however will forward for Cllrs to look atand forward any comments/actions back to Clerk
- LALC Spring Conference now cancelled
- The reply from Traffic Commissioner re Mossland Stables, Aveling Drive application has been withdrawn
- Problems with organising a meeting with Jacqui Sinnott-Lacey who would like to meet with the Parish Council, she cannot do Tuesdays put on hold until another time

- Schedule of correspondence received circulated to all councillors
148/19 To receive recommendations of projects that benefit the Parish
- Help has been requested in Maintaining St Stephens Graveyard, Cllr Abram will follow up with the Vicar and check how the Parish Council can help
- Agreed cheque for Enigma Signs for Sign Posting the way to St Stephens School due to incident at the school with injured child and the Ambulance had trouble finding the School
149/19 To receive reports and recommendations from Members representing the Council on working groups and outside bodies

- Going to costs for updating existing Computers at Commutiy Centre ongoing
- Hesketh Avenue (Banks Park)
- New dog waste bin required – 2 at least required Still a problem with dog faeces on field
- Try some Cameras to stop vandalism and dog faeces. Ongoing
- Flooding on playing field, measures need to be taken, Bill and Steve to look at what can be done to alleviate this. Ongoing.
