21/25 Clerk’s Report/Progress Report on decisions taken at last meeting and any urgent decisions. 

  • Presented the parish council with Internal auditors report. Parish Council discussed Internal Auditors report and accepted recommendation than clerk move up to SCP 20 on pay scale back dated from April 2025

22/25 To receive a proposition that year end budget turn out report is received and noted

23/25 To receive a proposition the ‘Annual Governance Statement’ 2023/24 is ratified and that the Chairman and Clerk are authorised to sign denoting approval

  • The Big lunch at the Hub was very good although uptake was less than previous years

  • Complaints received regrading work on long lane enforcement officer has been in contact and planning application is being submitted in June 
  • Cllr for Yorkshire has been in touch regarding caravan site 
  • Cllr Abram enquiring about a consultant regarding Fleetwood farm.

  • To discuss next meeting.

  • Cllr Abram to get in touch with Mr Badger regarding CCTV camera not working

  • Cllr’s have agreed to adopt the new updated equality and diversity policy

  • Parish councilto check if we can get more of the same lights for Christmas.

  • Parish council have agreed we need to look at a new Parish Plan
