33/21   Cadent Gas Proposal for new Gas Govenor

  • Acceptance by Council of the Cadent offer of 99 year lease , land extends to 100m2 for sum of  £ 25,000.00 for lease.

34/21     Flood Planning and joining with neighbouring Parishs

  • Hesketh Bank and Tarleton Parish Councils in favour of the plan and joining with NMPC. Some farmers and NFU to help with funding.  There is no meeting in June and a committee has been established to do a more in depth document regarding the proposal.

35/21   Culvert and Watercourse 16

  • The Nursing Home have got a permit from the Environment Agency for a fence to be erected and is hoped they will clean the ditch. The whole culvert has been CCTv’d and there are a lot of illegal thins in it.

36/21   Damaged Gas Pipeline Watercourse Crossing

  • The work is underway, Cadent are working on it to make it safe.

37/21   Dog/Rubbish Bins

  • In process of being ordered

38/21   Contracts for works for Parish Council to be ret-tendered

  • Previous Contract to be re-examined

39/21   New Strimmer and Mower

  • Passed by Council

  • There was some unrest regarding vacinations, but all vacinations now on schedule,

  • Nothing to report other than West Lancashire is back in Conservative control
