The above amendments have been made due to the following:
The two cheques to John Williamson have had to be changed as the NatWest bank has decided that they no longer accept cheques made out to Williamson Engineering, though they have in the past.
I made the cheque to Bell Brush out to the company but Cllr Abram had paid them to ensure speedy delivery of the litter pickers, therefore cheque re-issued.

- Agreed that payments of Accounts since the last meeting are ratified and invoices now presented on the payment schedule are approved and cheques signed by authorised signatories accordingly
- Issue with Nat West Bank resolved Now getting statements.

08/20 To receive recommendations of projects that benefit the Parish
- Help has been requested in Maintaining St Stephens Graveyard, Cllr Abram will follow up plans to help with works in graveyard with volunteers.
