  • Reviewing the wording and Clerk to place advert in Soutport Free Paper

  • Cllr Howard confirmed we need to keep the Aveling Drive playing fields under our jurisdiction  and he is looking into sports funding for the improvement of the field via the Borough Council

Agreed that PC is moving to The Hub and the building will be only open to the Post Office going forwards.

Will looking forward ways to use the building or rent it out.  Clerk has spoken with PO Manager and he does not need the WiFi therefore at renewal of BT Contract (End Feb) can be terminated.

  • Hesketh Avenue (Banks Park)
  • Slab needed for Electrical Supply, so Box can be fitted David Houghton to do work still to be completed
  • Carnival to be 18th June 2022
  • Need further quotes for CCTV and up to date one from Badger Alarms
  • Clerk to find out who does the grounds work for Tarleton and Hesketh Bank
  • Cadent Nothing signed yet
  • Health Issues
