• Precise details to be worked on and costed
• Meeting of Financial Group to be on 20^th January for final decisions on budget for 2020/21.

 

121/19 To discuss distribution of donations to groups/events within the Community

 

• A Carnival and Christmas Market proposed forthis  year 2020  a committee to be formed
• Christmas Lights in village have gone down in price possibility of purchasing more lights.  Website Festive Lights Chorley/Eccleston
• Discussed artificial Chrismas tree agreed too expensive
• Any other groups will be discussed at next meeting

123/19 Updates from West Lancashire Borough Councillor

 

• Health and Safety regarding Culvert at Aveling Drive – an officer coming out to meet Cllr Blane Thursday morning regardsing flooding. Cllr Blane to update.
