142/25 Public Participation
- Mr, Mrs Wood and Mr Rigby attended public participation to Discuss Mr and Mrs Wood planning application
- Mr Wood stated he would be bringing services to the local community fixing motor vehicles and with the possibility of electric cars in the future
- They brought with them some information relating to some concerns raised by the Parish council regarding the planning application
- Mr Wood stated that the Environmental Agency have accepted part of the planning application.

- Cllr Howard informed Parish council that there will be a higher level of police presence in Banks.
- Borough Cllr’s have agreed to work with the police after raising concerns
- Tarleton Police station is under review the police have said that the community would know first if it ever went on the market.
- Clerk to invite the new police inspector to a Parish Council Meeting

- TVD considering a range of options including commercial property
- Legal challenge going ahead regarding postponement of local elections
- Consultation of local reorganisation of council on the website for another 3 weeks

- Environmental Agency spoke to Cllr Howard regarding watercourse maintenance can the Parish council pay and be reimbursed by EA.

- Cllr’s happy to be part of a working group between Northern Parishes to discuss possibility of affordable housing being allocated to local people first.
