- Conner Willman, representing the local football club, was present as they would like to use the football facilities at Aveling Drive.
- He was advised that this matter would be placed as an agenda item for next meeting

- They recommended that Precept request to be £40,386
- Agreed
- Clerk to submit request to WLBC
151/16 To review and ratify the continued use of all policy documents
- Donations, Equal Opportunities, Financial Regulations, Freedom of Information, Risk Assessment, and Standing Order documents had all been provided to the Councillors ahead of the meeting
- All reviewed accordingly
- Some amendments had had to be made to the Risk Assessment Policy
- All others unchanged
152/16 To discuss request for consultation in respect of the Becconsall Exploration site
- This was not adjudged to be necessary as proposal was to reinstate site to previous format
153/16 To receive update on Hoole Lane bus shelter
- Matter reported to police
- WLBC viewed their CCTV footage
- Clerk to take matters forward with developers and progress matters accordingly
154/16 To receive update on Leisure Centre
- Clerk reported that Cllr Blane, Cllr Barron, and clerk had attended meeting at WLBC
- Proposal submitted to WLBC for financial assistance be given to NMPC
- Cllr Blane suggested that no further action needed until we have had a response to this request as answer is crucial to whether we take this matter forward or otherwise
