• Budget passed by Council and therefore request of precept of £ 58,000 after grants, makes tax level of  £35.11 an increase of 1.65% on previous year.

129/24 To receive reports and recommendations from Members representing the Council on working groups and outside bodies.

• PC going to review rent on 44 Hoole Lane for Post Office
• Clerk presented quotes for new alarm system it was agreed to go with Graham Hall 
• Clerk to get more quotes for Window repair
• Cllr Lennon looking to get another quote for new front door

• Damage to roof of pavilion on Aveling Drive Cllr Howard going to speak to WLBC for repairs 

130/24 To Receive update from WLB Councillors

• Cllr Howard approached WLBC for support in Banks following the tragedy in July last year.
• New swimming pools decisions for Ormskirk have been postponed
• Cllr DeFreitas is completing a survey with local residents on their feelings regarding house building, local schools, local doctors and drainage.

• Cllr Howard spoke to planning regarding the proposed new pet crematorium in the village
• Cllr Defreitas, Cllr Hames & Cllr Howard are planning to attend Fleetwood Farm Site visit
• Consultation to go ahead regarding parking issues on Swartzman Drive
• Cllr Howard brought to PC attention Todds lane planning decision was on 30^th Jan but the consultation period did not finish until the 31^st so asked how it was possible a decision was made before the closing date?
• Clerk to email planning to see why the PC letter of objection to Fleetwood farm application has yet to be published
• Parish council to send letter of objection to planning regarding proposed Pet crematorium application.
