- Budget passed by Council and therefore request of precept of £ 58,000 after grants, makes tax level of £35.11 an increase of 1.65% on previous year.

- Clerk presented quotes for new alarm system it was agreed to go with Graham Hall

130/24 To Receive update from WLB Councillors
- Cllr Howard approached WLBC for support in Banks following the tragedy in July last year.
- New swimming pools decisions for Ormskirk have been postponed
- Cllr DeFreitas is completing a survey with local residents on their feelings regarding house building, local schools, local doctors and drainage.

- Cllr Defreitas, Cllr Hames & Cllr Howard are planning to attend Fleetwood Farm Site visit
- Consultation to go ahead regarding parking issues on Swartzman Drive
- Cllr Howard brought to PC attention Todds lane planning decision was on 30th Jan but the consultation period did not finish until the 31st so asked how it was possible a decision was made before the closing date?
- Clerk to email planning to see why the PC letter of objection to Fleetwood farm application has yet to be published
- Parish council to send letter of objection to planning regarding proposed Pet crematorium application.
