107/25 Public Participation

  • Sid (Cllr) – Rufford Parish Council attended public participation to ask if the Northern Parish’s can get together regarding social housing. He would like to put forward framework to the local council for new built social housing to be for local people. NMPC to discuss and see where they stand on this matter.

111/25 Police Report 

  • No burglaries reported, Reports of children on E-Bikes police unable to chase them due to the possibility of injury to child

112/25 Clerk’s Report/Progress Report on decisions taken at last meeting and any urgent decisions. 

  • Anti-virus purchased added on to quarterly Direct Debit with riverways computers who deal with our computer maintenance software packages
  • As approved 10 Gazebos purchased for Parish Council with sides and weights.

115/25 To receive reports and recommendations from Members representing the Council on working groups and outside bodies.

  • Front door has swelled not easy to open this is to get fixed ASAP

  • Mr Guzlinski is going put signs up
  • Graffiti getting cleaned
  • A new container is required for the Hesketh Avenue field for storage Cllr Abram getting costs

  • Car park lease has been drafted Cllr Lewis and Cllr Abram going to meet with st stephens institute representatives.

  • LCC in process on deciding on annual resurfacing highway roads, Cllr Defreitas has put forward the following:
    • New Lane Place
    • Georges Lane
    • Ginnie Hall Lane
    • Banks Roundabout
