142/20 Police Report (verbal)
- A fortnight ago the local police presence spoke with a Councillor and said that in general the patrols are normally quiet.

148/20 Cadent Gas Proposal for new Gas Govenor
- Clerk had approached a Solicitor and put forward the comparison of Surveyor Tom Wignall and Solicitor and decided by Councillors probably best to leave all in hands of Surveyor. Costings similar and only dealing with one person. The decision was taken that the Playing Fields should be valued, decided at extraordinary meeting 20.04.21.

- Hope to open the Community Centre 17.05.21
- Post Office is still providing a service from the Centre
- Hesketh Avenue (Banks Park)
- The Ditch has been mowed and cleaned out and outlets found.
- We now have 3 companies giving costings for the Play area and need to give plan to Kompan so they can give like for like quote
- Looking for boxes for CCTV / power
- Health Issues

- Pat Testing to be arranged at Community Centre.

150/20 Updates from West Lancashire Borough Councillor
- Councillor Blane voiced his opinion at Council that not enough enforcement officers in Planning Dept and that they should report to the Council their findings and not just to Planning Dept
- Also he had secured funding for the roads in Banks from the Government Funding Scheme

- Advance proposal of Phone Mast at Roundabout considered to be fine
152/20 Culvert and Watercourse 16
- Enviroment Agency jetted whole length of culvert 80% blocked.
- A big thankyou to all Volunteers who set about clearing the overflow the length of culvert
- Ardern College have agreed to clear their stretch themselves
- The PC plan to letter residents by the culvert to make their responsibilities clear and explain how things they do can restrict the water in the Main Watercourse.
