a. Register of Interests: Councillors are reminded of the need to update their
register of interests.
b. To declare any disclosable pecuniary interests (DPI) or non-pecuniary interests in items
on the agenda and their nature. (Councillors with DPIs must leave the meeting for the
relevant items).
3. Minutes: To consider the approval of the minutes of e-mails sent to Council Members
16th April 2020, No comments received other than approved.

4. Lancashire County Council Rights of Way – Local Delivery Scheme. Do we
want to take part and apply for £ 500 grant for this and application has to be in
for 1st June 2020,,DO YOU WANT THE CLERK TO APPLY FOR THE GRANT.
COPY OF LETTER BEING SENT AGAIN.
5. The Concurrent Grant has been applied for and accepted.

8 ANY OTHER BUSINESS
1. North Meols Parish Councils insurance is due for renewal we have had a good
quote from our present insurers and cannot better it. Quote Attached the longer
term the more economical per year a decision needs to be made as it renews on
1st June 2020
Please forward to the Parish Clerk any other business you would like circulation by
email.

Council on working groups/outside bodies.

10 To receive an update from West Lancashire Borough Councillors Not Applicable

To consider the weekly list of planning applications, to note any decisions made, and any
other planning matters brought to the notice of the Parish Council as detailed on the list
attached
Also attached letter sent to Planning regarding fencing at rear of nursing home.
12 Date of next meeting
To be advised would in normal circumstances be Tuesday 9th June at the Community
Centre Banks.
