1. Apologies:To receive apologies and to approve reasons for absence.
2. Declarations of Interest.
a. Register of Interests: Councillors are reminded of the need to update their register of interests.
b. To declare any disclosable pecuniary interests (DPI) or non-pecuniary interests in items on the agenda and their nature. (Councillors with DPIs must leave the meeting for the relevant items).
3. Minutes: To consider the approval of the minutes of the meeting of the Council held on 10 March 2015 (enclosed).

13 To discuss commemoration of WW1, agreed at a previous meeting that this would be held as an agenda item on an ongoing basis

Additional Agenda item in respect of Clerks salary:
Contract of employment states that, subject to satisfactory performance, clerk will progress through the salary scale by annual increments until he has reached the maximum of the scale. The Council may withhold an increment if it is considered that performance fell below the level expected, following an annual review, or award an additional increment for exemplary performance if it chooses to do so.
