125/25 Public Participation

  • Mr and Mrs Williamson attended raising concerns regarding the building being built on a neighbour’s land, Specific concerns regarding the watercourse raised and possibility of water vole’s, The Environmental agency is aware of the building and has commented on planning application.
  • Discussion around planning application on Long Lane

129/25 Police Report 

  • Super intendent and Chief inspector are meeting with the local Borough Cllr’s regarding local police moving base to Skelmersdale and the future of Tarleton Police station.

130/25 Clerk’s Report/Progress Report on decisions taken at last meeting and any urgent decisions. 

  • Approval for Parish Council to Join new pension company 
  • 106 Money for playpark at the Hub transferred into Parish account for payment to Kompan
