- The Parish Council wants to encourage villagers to convey their opinions for Fleetwood farm plans organising a meeting for villagers at St Stephen’s Institute
115/24 To Receive update from WLB Councillors
- Council has no overall control, 3 labour councillors resigned and are now independents.
- Updated the Parish council regarding Fleetwood farm objections.
- Devolution plans – proposals to create a combined county authority, government happy to proceeed with a plan which will include Lancashire county council / Blackpool and Blackburn with Darwen
- Need to decide who will speak at future planning meeting.

- Need to be aware of Culvert on Aveling Drive. 2023/0746 as approval of conditions re culvert not yet agreed to by Seddon Homes

- Parish Council agreed to help the Hub with payment towards planning application for play area at the Hub

- Email 18/12/2024 re: footpaths need replying to
119/24 Parking issues on Hoole Lane
- People getting parking tickets at the Co-Op carpark, camera’s not set up correctly.
- Parish council to write to Co-Op head office.
